Destinations, costs and delivery times
We ship from Milano, Italy, with one courier service per zone.

Dispatch
All items are made to order in numbered series — orders are dispatched within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Every numbered piece is checked before it leaves the atelier ahead of dispatch.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, contact us through the contact form and we will chase the courier.
Customs, duties and import taxes (non-EU orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery. Shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States travel DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid): any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee charged by your local authorities or the courier is the recipient's responsibility and is not collected by us at checkout. These amounts are not refundable in case of return.
Delivery issues
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier at delivery where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
